Our Service
Regardless of which package you choose, we provide you with a full ‘set up’ for your reception area. This will include two high quality PA speakers, a wireless microphone (for announcements, toasts, and speeches), an illuminated façade that will glow to any color of your choosing, and a library with well over 50,000 songs. In addition to this we will also provide a smaller ‘set up’ for your ceremony location. This will cover one high quality PA speaker, a wireless microphone (for your officiant, vows, and other readings), and covers all processional and recessional music. If you need a small set up for your cocktail location we will provide that as well at no additional cost. A big advantage of having multiple set ups is that your DJ won’t be hauling equipment through your guests and around your venue.
In addition to providing all of the equipment that you need, our DJs also handle all announcements, introductions, and timeline coordination. We train all of our DJs in the art of MCing, so any announcements that you need made throughout the night will be handled, from calling tables during dinner to hosting the bouquet/ garter toss. This also includes MCing the grand introduction into your reception, and of your first dances. Whether you have an event coordinator or not, we will help you plan your night, write a timeline of events, and will help keep that timeline on track throughout the reception.
